Tacoma Wine and Wisdom

Thanks to everyone who came out last night for Mass and our very first Tacoma Wine and Wisdom last night at The Ram in Lakewood! Fr. Brad Hagelin spoke on prayer, reflection and attachment, with special focus on the Ignatian Examen. "The unexamined life is not worth living," says Socrates, and Fr. Brad encourages us to make prayer a consistent part of our daily routine, and this Lenten season provides the perfect opportunity to renew our commitment to personal reflection and making time to listen to God. If you missed Fr. Brad last night, you can take a look at his handouts here (Outline, Ignatian Indifference, Rummaging for God), and be sure to join us NEXT WEEK for "Franciscan Prayer" with Sr. Christine Still, OSF. Find next week's event on Facebook too and invite your friends! Mass is 6:00 pm at St. Frances Cabrini in Lakewood, and we're at The Ram in Lakewood from 7:00-9:00 pm.
